One of Australia’s newest bike parks will host a major mountain bike national championship next year.
Maydena Bike Park, just over an hours drive from Hobart Tasmania, is confirmed as the host for the 2019 Enduro National Championship.
The event will be held on the 23rd-24th of November with access to the absolute best of Maydena’s extensive trail network that includes 50+ gravity trails.
MTBA CEO Shane Coppin said the venue was a perfect fit to host a national championship.
“Everyone is talking about Maydena and their superb trail network so it will be exciting to see riders test their level of skill at this world-class venue.”
“It’s been a few years since we have bought a national championships to Tasmania and we are looking forward to the possibility of bringing more major events here in the future.”

“The park has a massive 820 vertical metres of wilderness terrain so I think riders will experience the best of the best enduro trails in the country.”
The 2018 Enduro National Championships is being held at Fox Creek in Adelaide 26-28th October.
Schedule and online registration dates for the 2019 Championships will be released early next year.
