Dear Club Representative,

We are excited to announce that AusCycling commenced on Sunday 1st November 2020.  You will find below information for clubs on accessing AusCycling’s membership database, TidyHQ (THQ). THQ is a user-friendly system that will deliver functionality that is expected to enhance your club’s administration.  THQ will support the delivery of digital membership cards, enable monthly direct debit payments for members and support automatic membership renewal options and automatically disperse membership fees to clubs on a weekly basis*.

Note: If your club has been set-up on TidyHQ previously, you will not be required to follow the below steps.

To access your Club’s TidyHQ account, please follow the below steps:
  1. Go to > https://accounts.tidyhq.com/users/sign_in
  2. Enter the email address (the same one as used for this email)
  3. You will be required to confirm the email address and set a password for your account
  4. Once your password has been set, you will then be able to see your club listed on > http://accounts.tidyhq.com
  5. Click on your club.

Club Roles are an important part of the functionality of THQ which will be used by AusCycling to interact with the club. As such we ask that you keep this information updated.

Clubs can also add additional Club Roles and Administrator Accounts by following the below steps:
  1. Select “Admins and Roles” from the left hand side of the THQ home page.
  2. Click + Invite Admin.
  3. Enter the email address of the additional committee member/s
  4. Select the required permissions
  5. Click Invite
  6. Assign a Role to the newly invited admin

Once your club account has been set up and transactions start taking place, you will be sent an email from Pin Payments to verify your club’s identity. 

Pin Payments is the payment processing gateway that handles the receipt and disbursement of funds from membership sales through THQ. In order to receive payments, you must complete the ‘Know Your Customer’ (KYC) process.  This is a quick online process which requires a club administrator to verify the identity of a person responsible for the club entity. It is a critical legal requirement to improve detection of Terrorism or Money Laundering by government enforcement agencies. Please note, funds can not be distributed to your club until this process is complete.
