Dear Club Representatives,

Firstly, the Member and Club Services team at AusCycling wishes to thank you for your patience during this transition period. The overwhelmingly positive response to AusCycling has meant our team has been inundated with calls and emails and our turnaround time for a response has been longer than you may previously have experienced. We don’t anticipate that this will last forever but have appreciated your support over the last few weeks.

We understand you and your club may have been feeling a little lost as communications have been minimal, but, we are looking to improve the frequency of contact from here.

Hopefully you will enjoy more regular newsletters and information from AusCycling, to help with the administration of your club and ensure your members are loving their time on and off their bikes with you.

This, being our first Club Newsletter of it’s kind, is designed to just give you an overview of where some critical pieces of the AusCycling project are at and we will be in touch in the coming days and weeks with further information for each piece.

Our team is here to help, so please reach out at membership@auscycling.org.au should you need any further questions answered or clarified! We will do our best to respond promptly.
TIDY HQ ONBOARDING/TRAINING
On 1st November we communicated with you about how to login to Tidy HQ-the platform used by AusCycling for memberships.
If you are yet to login or don’t know what your login is please get in touch and we can let you know.

We will be providing further information in the next week or so, to clubs in the form of webinars and resources within the Knowledge Base to be able to help you learn how to best use Tidy HQ. In the meantime however, check out the Tidy HQ Knowledge Base for support articles.

It is important to note that active members in the MTBA (MOS) and BMXA (OSM) databases will not show up in Tidy HQ until they have expired and purchased a new AusCycling membership. For the time being, clubs might need to extract active member data from their old database as well as Tidy HQ for the purposes of active member counts/contact information and or membership verification (if not using digital cards).
PIN PAYMENTS

Approximately one week after the first time someone purchases a membership for your club, you will receive an email from PIN Payments asking you to complete the a verification process to be able to receive the funds.

The email may include references to Cycling Australia (we have asked PIN Payments to change this) but will provide the links for you to complete the verification process.

Please ensure you complete this and keep an eye out for this email if you haven’t already received it.
CLUB AFFILIATION
The task of gathering all of the information for club affiliations has been quite a bit larger than expected and as such there has been a delay on providing invoices.
We are now aiming to provide all documentation (certificates of currency and insurance paperwork, invoices and policies) by the end of the year.

We will be in touch with further information on this soon.

Please also note that if you wish to make updates to your club fees or any other club details, you can do so at membership@auscycling.org.au for the time being and we will action at our earliest convenience. In the future we will have a form you can submit for these to be updated.
AUSCYCLING MEMBERS AND MOUNTAIN BIKE EVENTS

Unfortunately, the current MTBA event registration system (MOS) is not able to verify memberships in the new AusCycling membership system, TidyHQ.

We are aware the registration issue causes inconveniences for riders and clubs. To get those enquiries processed as quickly as possible we've set up the mos@auscycling.org.au account.

For those riders who are CA/BMXA or AusCycling members and still have been charged for the day licence, they can email mos@auscycling.org.au and we will refund the day licence if they have a valid race membership.

For future events feel free to add the below message to your event information section and share it via social media.

Unfortunately, the MTB event registration system MOS is not able to verify the new AusCycling memberships in TidyHQ. To get an account set up in MOS or to reactivate your old MTB membership, please email mos@auscycling.org.au with your membership details.

Hopefully this will be rectified soon, with the addition of AusCycling Events system (ACE)-communication in regards to this is coming soon!

As previously mentioned, we are working extremely hard to ensure you and your club (and members) are well supported on and off the bike and we are extremely grateful for your support.

We will be in touch with further information soon!
Until then, Let’s Ride Together!
