For which races will I be covered?
Your current MTBA Race Membership will transform into the AusCycling Off-Road membership. This provides you with insurance coverage for AusCycling sanctioned MTB and BMX events and recreational riding.
Will my MTBA Membership automatically renew under AusCycling?
Due to the membership change the automatic renewal feature in MOS will be deactivated on November 1 2020. If you've activated the automatic membership renewal you will need to renew your membership manually in our new membership system TidyHQ. You will receive a renewal email with instructions prior to your membership expiry date.
Will I still receive a membership card in the mail?
MTBA plastic membership cards will be replaced by digital membership cards during the transition period of AusCycling. You will still be able to use your current MTBA membership card or the MTBA App.
Can I still use the MTBA Member Online Services (MOS) system to renew my membership or register for an event?
The membership renewal process will be done via TidyHQ which allows you to join an unlimited number of clubs, process your family membership online and connect your family accounts. Our team has developed a new event system for our affiliates which is called ACE (AusCycling Events).
I am a member of more than one organisation. What will be my AusCycling membership expiry date?
If you currently hold a membership with MTBA and CA/BMX your AusCycling membership expiry date will be aligned. This manual process will take some time and you will be able to use both member numbers in the meantime. We will inform you once your memberships have been consolidated.
