Membership Requirements:
 To register and participate in this event, riders must hold a valid MTBA Race Membership, Cycling Australia Race Membership or purchase a Race Day Licence at the time of registering.  Please note: Membership must be valid on the date of the event for which you are registering. If your membership expires before the date of the event, you must renew your membership before entering this event. MTBA Recreation Members may upgrade to a Race Membership at anytime through the MTBA Online Services System or opt to purchase a discounted Race Day Licence Upgrade.

NATIONAL JUNIOR TRAVEL PROGRAM

MTBA has developed a program that gives the opportunity for U17, U19 and U23 riders (or riders aged under 23 for disciplines that don’t have an U23 category) to attend National Series and National Championship races without requiring parent/guardian accompaniment and under the supervision of experienced and accredited staff. In 2018 this program has been extended to selected CX and Gravity Enduro events. For full details please see the Junior Development page on the MTBA website HERE. Note that the registration close dates are strict to allow for logistics planning and minimum numbers are required to implement the program. Please register as early as possible.

DOPING CONTROL

The Australian Sports Anti-Doping Authority (ASADA) has been notified of this event, and may conduct random testing during the Mountain Bike Australia Cyclo-Cross National Series.

To ensure that you are adequately informed on testing procedures, please read the guidelines provided by ASADA herePlease note that blood samples may be required along with standard urine samples.

Mountain Bike Australia strongly encourages all athletes and support personnel to ensure that you maintain ample knowledge about the sample collection process and your rights and responsibilities in relation to testing.
